  • New Interface • New single window design with adjustable live device table, log console, and device inspector panels. Optional Status Bar displays device status totals in either standard or large size.
  • Restart on Selected Device(s) • Select this command from Workflow menu or the application contex-tual menu to perform the loaded workflow on the device(s) selected in the live device table view.
  • Device battery life is now displayed in the Device Table. Hovering the cursor over the battery graphic will display the current percentage of charge. Charging information is automatically updated even after the workflow has completed on the device. Note that battery data will not be displayed until an attached device has been paired with the Provisioning Utility workstation.
  • A device’s serial number is automatically displayed upon attach for paired devices. For unpaired devices, it is automatically displayed upon pairing the device.
  • The marketing names for devices are now displayed in the Device Table view. For example, the model number “iPhone 8,1” will be displayed as: “iPhone 6s”
  • Advanced support for Bretford and Cambrionix hubs is now available. For Bretford hubs the “bretfor-dled” command line tool (available from Bretford) is required. The Cambrionix API is available from Cambrionix. Interactive hub support is enabled by checking the “Advanced hub support” check box in the Provisioning Utility preferences. Note that it is no longer necessary to modify your workflows for advanced hub support to work.
  • A new command line tool, “apu” is included in the application bundle at this path: /Applications/Pro-visioning Utility.app/Contents/Resources. Using this utility you can update the Provisioning Utility interface from your custom shell script based actions, write messages to the Provisioning Utility log, and export logs. Running the command with no options will display help documentation.
